INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our intellectual property position has been enabled by our capability to sequence full-length genes and attribute specific utilities to them. We test multiple versions of the same gene, often from more than one plant species, to maximize the depth and breadth of our intellectual property postion. Our intellectual property approach and portfolio have been validated by industry-leading licensing agreements.
We have exclusive rights to approximately 110 issued patents, and have about 200 U.S. and foreign patent applications pending.
